so you’re thinking about selling on amazon fba in saudi arabia?

So I’ve been thinking—not that I have anything better to do—about Amazon FBA in Saudi Arabia. Come 2025, it’s a whole new animal. Like, if you’re expecting a walk in the park, imagine a park where the benches are on some sci-fi hover thing and the grass is made of data chips. Yeah, that kind of park.

First, let’s talk about getting your stuff on Amazon. It’s like jumping through flaming hoops. Or at least that’s what it feels like if you’re trying to import anything resembling electronics or clothing. Basically, half the things you see tossed at you as ‘easy to sell’ are also the things everyone else is selling. Oh, the joy. You’d think there’s some sort of conspiracy to drive us all insane.

Then, there’s the whole storage fiasco. Apparently, you need to either warehouse your goods in a sorcerer’s storage locker or somewhere in Riyadh that charges you the same rent as a luxury apartment. Does anyone else find this hilarious? Just me? Okay.

Don’t get me started on the export process. Why do I feel like I’m planning an international heist every time I ship something out of the country? I read this awkward post about someone who tried shipping dates and ended up with half customs officers on their door, asking if they were smuggling ancient artifacts.

Anyway, setting up your catalog is like trying to write a novel with emojis. The craziest part? By the time you crack open your fresh seller account, you’ve lost five years of life from all the regulations updates. Does it all balance out? Maybe. Will you go insane? Probably.

My eyes still hurt. I need coffee. Ugh.
