Notion templates. Who in their right mind decided that selling productivity dashboards is the way to make a buck? Seriously, a “Second Brain”? What happened to just using the brain you’ve got? Every time I see someone touting these templates, I imagine them swimming in a sea of complex tabs and tags, drowning in a digital ocean they’ve trapped themselves in. Honestly, creating these productivity nightmares just to become the productivity messiah on something called “Productivity TikTok” is just ridiculous.

Oh, and let’s not forget about the zero marginal cost of replication nonsense. It’s like saying, “Hey, I found a way to make infinite things that no one actually needs.” Because clearly, my life was missing a hyper-complicated finance tracker that will take me longer to set up than to actually manage my finances. And what about the barrier to entry being low? That’s just code for anyone can do it, but who actually wants to? All you need is an internet connection and a basic grasp of designing something that looks like a futuristic to-do list on steroids, and bam! You’re part of the digital clutter revolution.
