the nonsense of paying pet sitters like babysitters

So here we are, drowning in the ridiculousness of the pet-sitting industry. Seriously, paying someone a hefty load of cash to take care of your furball like they’re a human child? I’m sorry, but have cats and dogs magically learned to demand designer clothes and ivy-league educations now? They nap, they eat, they demand attention when it’s least convenient, sure, but why do these people act like they’re actual babies?

Honestly, it’s getting out of hand. Watching pets is now some ‘premium’ service hated by anyone with a single logical bone in their body. Oh, and don’t even start about hosting these creatures at home while working; like it’s some passive income miracle. Yeah, because who wouldn’t love the chaos of a barking dog while trying to hit that work deadline? Truly an experience every professional dreams of. Dogs and missed work calls. Best combo ever.

Maybe it’s me, but something about this trend feels off. Like people have just accepted this bizarre fact of life: pets are children now, and sitters need to be paid like they’re solving world hunger. Whatever.
